Because we produce every item individually, our return and exchange policy is designed to be transparent and fair for everyone.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, we’ll fix it — completely free of charge.
To report an issue:

A short unboxing video (required by our production partner for verification)

Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Because every BECU product is printed on demand, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

Ordering the wrong size

Change of color, design, or personal preference

🚚 3. Courier Returned / Undelivered Orders
If your package is returned to us because:

The shipping address was incorrect or incomplete,

The recipient was unavailable during delivery,
then the customer is responsible for the return.
In these cases:

We can reship your order once you confirm the correct address and pay the re-shipping cost.
