Every T-shirt you order is made just for you — printed on demand with care.
Because we produce every item individually, our return and exchange policy is designed to be transparent and fair for everyone.


🧵 1. If Something’s Wrong with Your Order

We’ve got you covered.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, we’ll fix it — completely free of charge.

To report an issue:

  • Email us at Info@becustore.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include:

    • Your Order ID

    • Photos showing the issue clearly

    • A short unboxing video (required by our production partner for verification)

Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.


📏 2. Size Issues or Change of Mind

Because every BECU product is printed on demand, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Change of color, design, or personal preference

🚚 3. Courier Returned / Undelivered Orders

If your package is returned to us because:

  • The shipping address was incorrect or incomplete,

  • The phone number was unreachable, or

  • The recipient was unavailable during delivery,

then the customer is responsible for the return.

In these cases:

  • We can reship your order once you confirm the correct address and pay the re-shipping cost.

  • Refunds will not be issued for orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

💰 4. Refunds

If your claim (for defect, misprint, or damage) is approved, refunds are processed either:

  • To your original payment method, or

  • As BECU store credit (your choice).

Refunds are usually completed within 5–10 business days after approval.
